We have recently had some significant upgrades done to our panel shop to further raise the bar of our current high standard quality services. This includes the latest technologies such as our new Aluminium Room for aluminium repairs, the Car Bench System to accurately measure and align vehicles, the electronic Car-O-Liner to digitally diagnose, detect and print out any imperfections in the structure of the vehicle and the latest in welders to provide the best repairs to manufacturer’s specifications.
✓ CAR BENCH SYSTEM

✓  Extremely Versatile 

  • Multi jigs that fit chassis control points directly from under the vehicle similar to dedicated without the need to continually rent or acquire jigs.​

✓  Unique Three sided Crossbeams

  • ​Crossbeams allow you to reach more control points proving accuracy not available from the conventional frame or measuring systems.  This allows you to remove and replace sections and return uni-bodies to factory specs quickly without the re-work.

✓  Simultaneous control of all checking point

  • ​By reaching multiple control points within close proximity to one another,  you eliminate the need to use additional equipment (inter-jigs).

✓  provide both measuring and superior anchoring

  • ​The universal system allows you to secure all sections in place until the work is complete without the need for a less accurate measuring system. Thereby shortening the repair time and still providing accuracy not obtainable with any measuring system.
