History

Since its establishment in 1987, Silhouette Smash Repairs has carried on its business continuously from the same premises under the same family-based ownership and management.

The Managing Directors, brothers John and Luciano Serci, both qualified tradesman (in panel beating and painting respectively), believe in and exercise an open, hands-on management style through constant involvement with the staff and supervision of work.
The personnel are encouraged to communicate freely with management to ensure requirements are understood and achieved the first time.

A direct outcome of this management philosophy has been to keep staff loyalty high and turnover in personnel low by industry standards. As a result, the company has been able to develop and retain the skills of its people and a level of excellence in workmanship and customer service which has been the foundation of the company’s success and growth.
